  Our signature Body Church experience is truly church for the body.
  
  We gather to move the body, mind, and soul. Guided by Dr. Liz’s freestyle spoken word poetry, we’re taken on a journey through the parables of our own modern lives.
  
  Enjoy live music from a global collective of artists and be part of a healing chorus created in real time with everyone in the room. This is a high frequency experience with a down-to-earth, global feel. Leave feeling wrung out, free, and ready to take on the week.
  
  

• 2pm - 4pm: SpeakEasy
  
  SpeakEasy is a transformative event where participants are given a platform to speak their truth and be authentically heard.
  
  Each individual receives a designated time slot to share their personal narrative on stage, guided by the Body Church team. With its focus on honesty and vulnerability, SpeakEasy serves as a modern-day confessional, fostering connection, empathy, and healing through the power of storytelling. Attendees bear witness to the diverse range of human experiences, creating a supportive and inclusive space for collective reflection and understanding.

  A captivating one-woman show featuring the brilliant Liz Letchford, where the entire experience unfolds in the mesmerizing realm of improvised poetry. Liz weaves an intricate tapestry of words, seamlessly blending the alluring art of neo-burlesque with profound spiritual revelations, all crafted on the spot through her poetic prowess.
